Oppo has confirmed that the A7 Pro will launch in China next week, following the debut of the A7 Pro Max last month. The company has already revealed one of the phone’s biggest highlights, an 8,000mAh battery.

The Oppo A7 Pro will be officially unveiled in China on September 11 and will go on sale on the same day. Oppo announced the launch date through a post on Weibo.

The company has also confirmed that the A7 Pro will feature an OLED display and carry an IP69K rating for dust and water resistance. The phone will run ColorOS 16 straight out of the box.

Oppo’s launch poster gives us the first official look at the A7 Pro. The rear design appears to feature a single camera inside a horizontal pill shaped module, with an LED flash positioned alongside it.

The back panel also appears to have a wave inspired pattern, giving the phone a distinctive look. Up front, the display features a centered hole punch cutout for the selfie camera.

Oppo is expected to reveal more specifications and features of the A7 Pro ahead of its launch next week.
