What’s one everyday habit you’ve changed recently that made your life better, and why?

I recently changed how I start my mornings by cutting out mindless phone scrolling and replacing it with a few quiet minutes to plan my day. Instead of reacting to notifications, I now take time to think about what actually needs my attention.

That small shift has made my days feel more intentional and less rushed. I’m more focused, less stressed, and I end up getting more done because I begin the day on my own terms rather than someone else’s timeline.
