The upcoming Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has surfaced on Geekbench ahead of its official introduction, giving us an early look at some of its key hardware details. This follows a recent leak that claimed to reveal the phone’s full specifications, although the benchmark listing raises a small question mark regarding the chipset.

According to the Geekbench database, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is powered by a processor featuring one prime core clocked at up to 2.71GHz, three performance cores running at up to 2.4GHz, and four efficiency cores capped at 1.8GHz. This CPU configuration closely matches Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. However, the earlier specs leak suggested that the device would instead use the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, so it remains to be seen which chipset will make it into the final retail version.

The Geekbench-tested unit was equipped with 12GB of RAM and was running Android 16, indicating that Motorola is preparing the Edge 70 Fusion with the latest version of Google’s operating system right out of the box.

If the rest of the previously leaked specifications turn out to be accurate, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is shaping up to be a compelling mid-range offering. It is expected to feature a quad-curved 6.78-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, an impressive peak brightness of up to 5,200 nits, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Storage is rumored to top out at 256GB, while the camera setup could include a 50MP main sensor and a 32MP front-facing camera. Powering everything may be a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 68W wired fast charging, which would be a standout feature in its segment.
