Verizon is reminding customers that its plans offer more than network access, highlighting a range of benefits available at no extra cost. These include safety tools, family features, AI services and loyalty rewards that some subscribers may have overlooked.

For security, Verizon Digital Secure’s free tier protects connected devices against malicious websites and vulnerabilities. The carrier is also offering one month of Digital Secure Premium for free, allowing customers to try its additional protection features. Verizon Family, which includes location sharing and Safe Walk, is also available, alongside Call Filter for identifying and blocking spam calls.

Eligible customers can receive six months of Google AI Pro at no cost. Verizon’s Loyalty program is also open to all postpaid customers on phone and connected device plans. Members can avoid activation and upgrade fees, saving up to $40 per device.

The program also provides 3% back in Verizon Dollars each month. These rewards can be redeemed for devices, including the latest smartphones, accessories, gift cards and hotel rewards. Customers can activate Verizon Dollars through the My Verizon app.

Verizon Shine gives customers weekly opportunities to win special experiences, alongside daily offers featuring concert and sporting event tickets, exclusive merchandise and gift cards. Upcoming experiences include a visit to Walt Disney Studios on October 19, a Radio City Rockettes experience on October 26, a conversation with Caleb Pressley on November 2 and a Jonas Brothers show with an opportunity to spend time with Joe on November 9.
