vivo has officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming X500 flagship series in China. The company revealed the date during its Creator Festival, while also sharing more details about the new lineup.

The vivo X500 series will launch in China on September 21, according to a post shared by the company on Weibo. The lineup will include the standard X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max.

A dedicated page for the X500 series is also now live on vivo’s Chinese website, allowing customers to pre reserve the upcoming smartphones ahead of their official launch.

vivo will also introduce new ear clip headphones alongside the smartphones, as well as the vivo Watch 6 smartwatch.

Ahead of the launch, vivo has already revealed several details about the X500 series, particularly its camera systems. The X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max are confirmed to feature a new primary rear camera sensor and a 2nm Dimensity chipset.

The standard X500, meanwhile, will use the same main and telephoto camera sensors found on the vivo X300 Pro.
