The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is getting closer to its official launch, and a new leak has revealed almost the entire hardware specification sheet. Following iQOO’s confirmation of the Dimensity 9500M chipset, well known Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has now shared more details about the upcoming gaming focused phone.

The Neo11 Ultra is expected to feature a flat 6.83 inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Unlike some premium phones, it will reportedly use an LTPS panel rather than LTPO, while offering up to 1,000 nits of full screen brightness. The display will also use Visionox’s F2 luminescent material.
Performance will be handled by the custom Dimensity 9500M chipset alongside iQOO’s self developed Q2 gaming chip. Power will come from a huge 9,100mAh battery, which is slightly below earlier rumors of a 10,000mAh cell. The battery will support 100W wired fast charging.

The camera setup appears less ambitious, with a 50MP main sensor paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera. That is understandable given the Neo11 Ultra’s focus on gaming and performance rather than photography.
The phone is also expected to feature a metal frame and IP68/IP69 protection against dust and water. Its large battery does come with a downside, however, as the device reportedly weighs 225g and measures 8.6mm thick.
