OnePlus Watch 4 listing reveals design and key specs ahead of launch

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch 4, and a new appearance on the Google Play Console has given us an early look at its design along with some core specifications.

The listing includes a front-facing image of the watch, showcasing a familiar round display design. It also confirms a few key hardware details, including 2GB of RAM, a 466 x 466 resolution screen, and the Snapdragon Wear W5 powering the device.

Rumors suggest the Watch 4 could be a rebranded version of the Oppo Watch X3, which launched in China recently. If that’s the case, the overall feature set may already be largely known.

The smartwatch is expected to run Wear OS 5 and pack a 646mAh battery. Interestingly, that’s just slightly smaller than the battery in last year’s OnePlus Watch 3, and unlikely to make a noticeable difference in real-world usage.

As for design options, aside from the variant seen in the listing, the Watch 4 is also rumored to arrive in a dark gray case paired with a dark blue strap.

While most of the specs seem very similar to its predecessor, any additional upgrades remain under wraps for now. More details should surface as the official launch draws closer.
