What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?
The thing I’m most scared to do is take a big risk that could completely change my direction—especially when there’s no guaranteed outcome. It’s not fear of failure as much as fear of wasted time and effort. What it would take to get me to do it is clarity: a strong sense that the risk aligns with my long-term goals, plus enough preparation to know I’ve done everything possible to succeed. Once I’m convinced it’s a calculated risk, not a blind leap, I’m willing to go all in.
