Samsung Galaxy A57 Emerges in New Images Ahead of Launch

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A57 has been spotted in a fresh set of images following its recent TENAA listing, giving fans a clearer look at what to expect from the mid-range device.

The images reveal the Galaxy A57 in a striking purple color, showcasing a design that closely resembles its predecessor but with a noticeably slimmer profile. According to the TENAA specifications, the A57 measures just 6.9mm in thickness and weighs 182 grams, making it lighter and more streamlined compared to the Galaxy A56, which measured 7.4mm and tipped the scales at 198 grams. Like its predecessor, the device will feature an aluminum frame paired with a glass back.

In terms of hardware, the Galaxy A57 is expected to sport a 6.6-inch TCL CSOT flexible OLED display and run on Samsung’s Exynos 1680 chipset. Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, promising solid endurance for everyday use.

Photography on the A57 will reportedly include a triple-camera setup. The main 50MP sensor will vary depending on the region, with options including Sony’s IMX906 or Samsung’s S5KGNJ sensor. Complementing it is a 13MP ultrawide lens (ISOCELL S5K3L6) and a 5MP macro camera (GalaxyCore GC05A3), offering a versatile imaging experience for a mid-range device.

With its slimmer design, capable chipset, and versatile camera system, the Galaxy A57 continues Samsung’s push in the mid-range segment while refining the formula of its predecessor.
