Infinix has officially unveiled the Note Edge, confirming the details that surfaced in recent teasers and positioning the device as one of the slimmest and most ambitious smartphones in its price segment. Measuring just 7.2mm thick and weighing 185g, the Infinix Note Edge is powered by MediaTek’s newly announced Dimensity 7100 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM, making it a compelling option for users looking for a balance between performance, design, and affordability.

The phone features a curved 6.78-inch display with a “1.5K” resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, complemented by a 2,800Hz touch sampling rate for faster input response. Infinix highlights the symmetrical ultra-narrow bezels measuring only 1.87mm, along with a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, ensuring excellent outdoor visibility. Protection is handled by Gorilla Glass 7i, while dual JBL-tuned stereo speakers enhance the multimedia experience, making the Note Edge particularly attractive for content consumption.
Battery capacity varies by market, with either a 6,500mAh or a 6,150mAh unit included. Infinix claims impressive long-term durability, promising at least 80% battery health after 2,000 charging cycles, which translates to roughly six years of typical use. Charging speeds reach up to 45W, allowing the phone to go from 1% to 100% in about 62 minutes, a respectable figure given the large battery sizes involved.

On the software side, the Infinix Note Edge ships with XOS 16 based on Android 16, marking a first for the brand. Infinix has also committed to three major Android updates and five years of security patches, addressing one of the common concerns in the budget and midrange smartphone market. Photography is handled by a 50MP main rear camera using a 1/2-inch sensor, while a customizable side button gives users instant access to Infinix’s Folax AI assistant for quicker interactions.
The device is IP65 certified for dust and splash resistance and will start at a price of $200. It will be available in Lunar Titanium, Silk Green, Stellar Blue, and Shadow Black. The Silk Green variant features a polyurethane water-wave brushed texture inspired by silk, offering a leather-like, smooth finish, while the other colors use composite materials with cat’s-eye gem effects for a premium matte look that subtly shifts with light and viewing angles. Notably absent from the final lineup is the bright orange model that appeared in earlier previews, leaving its fate unclear.
