HMD launched the Pulse Pro in April 2024, and a refreshed version has now appeared at a retailer in Thailand, according to a tipster on X. Called the HMD Pulse Pro 2nd Edition, the phone is listed by what appears to be the Nokia Official Shop for THB 4,990, or around $148.

The listing mentions a 120Hz display, a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset that is claimed to be 45% more powerful than its predecessor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It also lists a 50MP main camera and a 50MP selfie camera, along with some “AI Camera” branding. The phone appears to retain the original’s design and is pictured in black.
For comparison, the original Pulse Pro has a 6.65-inch 720p display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a Unisoc T606 chipset, and up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The same tipster previously leaked what was described as an upgraded European version, with a 6.56-inch HD+ 120Hz screen, a 50MP main camera with OIS alongside a 2MP sensor, and a 5,000mAh battery with 20W charging. The screen size could have been listed incorrectly.

According to the tipster, HMD is also preparing “2nd Edition” versions of the Fusion and Crest Max. The Fusion is said to use a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, while the Crest Max could feature the Dimensity 7025. This would not be HMD’s first second-edition release, as the Nokia C2 2nd Edition arrived in 2022.
Interestingly, the Pulse 2 Pro appeared on a Swiss retailer’s website ahead of IFA 2025 but was never released. Earlier this month, the same tipster leaked the Pulse 2T Pro, reportedly featuring a 6.78-inch OLED 120Hz display, a Helio G100 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50MP selfie camera, a 6,000mAh battery with 33W charging, IP64 certification, and a dot-matrix display on the back. That model appears to sit above the refreshed Pulse Pro.:::
