Xiaomi has launched the new Pad 9 Pro and Pad 9 tablets in China alongside the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. The two models join the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max, which was introduced earlier this month.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro is the larger model, featuring a 12.5 inch LCD display with a 3.2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It also features a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera.

Power comes from an 11,000mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 is slightly smaller, featuring an 11.2 inch display with the same 3.2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate as the Pro model.

It uses the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and offers the same RAM and storage configurations as the Pad 9 Pro. The tablet has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Pad 9 packs a 9,720mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Both tablets also support reverse wired charging.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro and Pad 9 share several other features, including a side mounted fingerprint scanner, Wi Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro starts at CNY 3,799 ($565) for the 8GB/128GB version. The 8GB/256GB model costs CNY 4,099 ($610), while the 12GB/256GB version is priced at CNY 4,599 ($685). Xiaomi also offers a 12GB/256GB variant with a matte display, along with a top model featuring 16GB of RAM priced at CNY 4,999 ($745). It comes in Black, Silver, and Spruce Green.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 is available in Black, Ice Peach Pink, Silver, and Spruce Green. Prices start at CNY 2,999 ($450) for 8GB/128GB, while the 8GB/256GB version costs CNY 3,299 ($490). The 8GB/256GB Soft Light Edition is priced at CNY 3,499 ($520), while the 12GB/256GB model costs CNY 3,799 ($565).
