Poco is reportedly preparing another addition to its X8 lineup, with a new leak claiming that the Poco X8 Power could launch soon with an enormous 10,000mAh battery.

The Poco X8 family currently includes the X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max, while a standard X8 is also rumored to be in development. The latest leak suggests the X8 Power will join them and could be closely related to the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max, which is expected to launch next week.

The Poco X8 Power is tipped to feature a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. The screen is reportedly protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, while the phone is expected to carry an IP69 rating and measure 8.68mm thick.

Under the hood, the smartphone is said to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Poco is also reportedly planning four major OS upgrades and six years of security updates for the device.

For photography, the Poco X8 Power is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide sensor. Selfies will reportedly be handled by a 32MP front facing camera.

The biggest highlight will undoubtedly be the 10,000mAh battery, which would make the Poco X8 Power one of the most battery focused smartphones in its segment.
