Marketing materials for the upcoming Poco X8 and X8 Power have reportedly leaked, revealing several key specifications and suggesting that both phones could arrive in India as early as September.

According to the leaked materials, the Poco X8 appears to be closely related to the Redmi Note 17 Pro, while the X8 Power looks like a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max. There are some differences between the models, but the overall hardware appears remarkably similar.
The Poco X8 is said to feature a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It will reportedly have a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 16MP selfie camera and a huge 9,000mAh battery supporting 67W wired charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.
Powering the phone will reportedly be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset. The device is also expected to offer IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Poco is apparently planning four major Android updates and six years of security updates.

The Poco X8 Power is expected to retain the same display and 50MP main camera but will add an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 32MP selfie camera. It will also pack an even larger 10,000mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging.
The X8 Power is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and will receive the same durability ratings and software support as the standard X8.
According to the source, Poco could launch both the X8 and X8 Power in India by early September. They are also expected to be priced below the Poco X8 Pro.
