Microsoft has announced refreshed versions of the Surface Pro and Surface Laptop, both powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon X2 processors and aimed at delivering improved performance and battery life.

The new Surface Pro features a 13-inch touchscreen display with an optional OLED panel and support for refresh rates up to 120Hz. Microsoft says the device combines tablet flexibility with the capabilities of a full Windows PC.
Customers can choose between Snapdragon X2 Plus (10-core) and Snapdragon X2 Elite (12-core) processors, alongside configurations ranging from 16GB to 64GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB of storage. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, while battery life is rated at up to 15.5 hours of local video playback.
The Surface Pro is available in Platinum, Black, and Dune colors, with pricing starting at $1,499 and reaching $3,549 for fully configured models.
Microsoft also introduced updated Surface Laptop models in 13.8-inch and 15-inch sizes. The smaller version starts at $1,599, while the 15-inch model begins at $1,699.

Both laptops feature color-accurate LCD displays and are powered by the same Snapdragon X2 Plus and X2 Elite chip options found in the Surface Pro. Memory configurations range from 16GB to 64GB, while storage tops out at 1TB. The 13.8-inch model starts with 256GB of storage, while the 15-inch version starts at 512GB.
Battery life is rated at up to 20 hours on the 13.8-inch model and up to 19 hours on the 15-inch version. Color options include Platinum, Black, and Dune, with the smaller model also available in a Jade finish.
The 13.8-inch Surface Laptop can be configured up to $3,449 with maximum RAM and storage. Microsoft has already opened sales for the new Surface devices through its online store.
