Fresh images of Apple’s rumored foldable smartphone, widely expected to be called the iPhone Ultra, have surfaced online, offering the clearest look yet at the device’s design.

Shared by leaker Sonny Dickson, the photos showcase a dummy unit of the foldable iPhone in both folded and unfolded positions. The device appears in a white finish, which previous rumors have suggested could be Apple’s primary or even sole launch color. Some reports have also mentioned a possible gray or black alternative.

The images reveal a folding display with a front-facing camera positioned in the upper-left corner of the screen. On the back, the phone features a dual-camera setup arranged horizontally within a camera module that also houses an LED flash and a microphone.

The physical controls are also visible, with the volume buttons located along the top edge of the device when viewed in the unfolded orientation.

Interestingly, the dummy unit does not appear to include Apple’s Action Button. Rumors further suggest that the foldable will use Touch ID for biometric authentication rather than Face ID, a move that could help Apple conserve internal space in the device’s foldable design.

While the images provide a detailed look at the hardware, they are based on a dummy unit and do not confirm final specifications. Apple has yet to officially acknowledge the existence of the device.

Current expectations point to the iPhone Ultra making its debut alongside the iPhone 18 series later this year, potentially marking Apple’s long-awaited entry into the foldable smartphone market.
