Motorola has officially unveiled the Motorola Moto G47, adding a feature-packed option to its expanding mid-range lineup.

At the core of the Moto G47 is the Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. There’s also support for microSD expansion up to 1TB, giving users plenty of room for apps, media, and files. The phone runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UX on top, though software update commitments haven’t been specified yet.

Up front, the device sports a 6.67-inch FullHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and responsive interactions. The panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and includes a punch-hole cutout for the 8MP selfie camera.

The rear camera setup is headlined by a 108MP primary sensor capable of 3x lossless zoom. It’s joined by a 2MP macro camera and a 2-in-1 light sensor that combines ambient light detection with flicker sensing for improved image quality.

Powering the Moto G47 is a 5,200mAh battery with 20W wired charging and 6W reverse wired charging, allowing it to double as a power source for other devices.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio support (wired), a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, and eSIM compatibility. The device also comes with IP64 dust and splash resistance, water touch support, and MIL-STD-810H certification for durability.

The Moto G47 will be available in Pantone Impenetrable, Pantone Nautical Blue, and Pantone Fuchsia Red, and is expected to roll out across Europe, Asia Pacific, and other global markets soon, with pricing details still under wraps.
