vivo has taken smartphone battery life to another level with the launch of the vivo Y600 Pro, packing an enormous 10,200mAh battery into a surprisingly slim body.

This marks a huge leap for the Y-series lineup. For comparison, the Y400 Pro had a 5,500mAh battery, while the Y500 Pro increased it to 7,000mAh. Now, the Y600 Pro nearly doubles that with a 38Wh cell, powered by fourth-generation silicon-carbon (Si-C) battery technology featuring 15% silicon content and an energy density of 886Wh/L.
Despite the massive battery, the phone remains relatively slim at just 8.25mm thick—only slightly thicker than its predecessor. According to vivo, users can expect over 24 hours of usage, including up to 47 hours of calls, 28 hours of video playback, or 16 hours of navigation.

Charging is handled by 90W wired fast charging, and the device also supports reverse wired charging, effectively turning it into a power bank. Long-term durability is another highlight, with the battery designed to retain 80% of its capacity after up to six years of use.
On the performance side, the Y600 Pro is the first smartphone to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, which focuses on improved power efficiency while maintaining solid performance. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The phone sports a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a 32MP front camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, there’s a 50MP main camera with OIS, while the secondary module houses an IR blaster—an unusual but practical addition.
Durability is also covered, with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

The vivo Y600 Pro is available in black, blue, gold, and violet color options. Pricing starts at CNY 2,099 for the 8GB/128GB model and goes up to CNY 2,899 for the 12GB/512GB variant. It is already available for order in China, with deliveries beginning April 30.
