Motorola has officially confirmed that its next-generation Motorola Razr 70 series will be unveiled on April 29, with a teaser already shared via its social platforms.
The announcement strongly hints at the arrival of both the Razr 70 and Motorola Razr 70 Ultra, following months of leaks and rumors. The timing lines up perfectly with last year’s Razr 60 series launch, suggesting Motorola is sticking to its annual refresh cycle.

Based on what’s surfaced so far, the standard Razr 70 may not bring drastic changes but will reportedly swap its predecessor’s ultrawide camera for a more versatile 50MP telephoto lens—potentially improving zoom capabilities.
The Razr 70 Ultra, on the other hand, is expected to retain most of its predecessor’s design and features, with one key upgrade: a slightly larger 4,700mAh battery, representing about a 6% increase.
While these updates may seem incremental, the official launch could still hold a few surprises. All eyes are now on April 29 to see whether Motorola delivers more than what the leaks suggest.
