Fresh information about the upcoming iQOO 15 Ultra has emerged just days before its official launch. After previously confirming display details and several core features, iQOO has now shifted focus to the phone’s camera hardware, revealing key imaging specifications through official teasers.

The iQOO 15 Ultra will come with a triple rear camera system, highlighted by a 50MP Sony periscope telephoto sensor. This unit supports 3x optical zoom and features CIPA 4.5-level optical image stabilization, aiming to deliver steadier shots and improved low-light zoom performance.
According to promotional material shared on Weibo, the device will also benefit from vivo’s in-house imaging technologies. These include the Magic 2.0 Image Restoration Engine and the NICE 3.0 Optical Reconstruction Engine, both designed to enhance image clarity, detail retention, and overall photo processing.

Beyond the camera, iQOO has already confirmed several flagship-grade features. The 15 Ultra will use a Samsung M14 OLED LTPO display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2K resolution, and a peak brightness of up to 8,000 nits. Additional highlights include shoulder trigger buttons, a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, an active cooling fan, and an RGB LED strip.
Powering the device is expected to be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, positioning the iQOO 15 Ultra as a performance-focused flagship with strong gaming and imaging credentials.
