Samsung is expected to finally move beyond its long-standing 45 W limit with the Galaxy S26 Ultra by introducing 60 W wired fast charging. However, early leaked tests shared on X by Ice Universe suggest the real-world improvement may be modest. According to the leak, the phone reaches around 75 percent charge in roughly 30 minutes, which is only a small step forward compared to previous Ultra models.

The same leaks also claim Samsung may slightly increase the battery size to 5,200 mAh, up from the long-used 5,000 mAh cell. Wireless charging is also expected to improve, with rumors pointing to faster wireless charging speeds, potentially up to 25 W. That said, all of these specifications — charging speeds, battery capacity, and wireless upgrades — remain unconfirmed, and final performance will only be clear once Samsung makes the S26 Ultra official.
