vivo’s upcoming X300 series is beginning to take shape, and the standard X300 model has now surfaced in the Geekbench database, offering a first look at its core specifications. The benchmark confirms that the device will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is expected to be officially unveiled in September.
The tested prototype, model number V2509A, was paired with 16GB of RAM and ran Android 16, aligning with expectations for its Q4 launch. Performance scores from Geekbench 6.3.0 show a single-core result of 2,352 and a multi-core score of 7,129. While impressive, these figures should be viewed cautiously, as the device is still in active development.
The Dimensity 9500’s CPU configuration includes:
- One prime core at 4.21 GHz
- Three performance cores at 3.5 GHz
- Four efficiency cores at 2.7 GHz
Graphics are handled by the Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU, suggesting strong multimedia and gaming capabilities.
With the X300, X300 Pro, and possibly an X300 Pro mini expected to launch between October and December, vivo appears to be positioning its new lineup to compete aggressively in the premium Android segment.
